ONLINE ORDERS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your plant upon arrival, please email us a picture of the plant along with a description of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or offer you a refund, at our discretion. Please note, we will not replace or refund orders after this 24-hour period.

IN STORE:

Please ensure you inspect your plants before leaving our store. We do not accept returns for in-store purchases due to plant health or quality concerns.

RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE:

For all returns or exchanges, please contact us via info@darlingorchids.com. We will review your request and, if approved, provide options for your refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

Please note that shipping fees for returns or exchanges will be at your expense. Allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and settled.
