ONLINE ORDERS:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your plant upon arrival, please email us a picture of the plant with a description of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost or offer you a refund, at our discretion, should we grant your return or refund. Please note we will not replace or refund orders after this 24-hour period.

 

IN STORE:

Please insure you check your plants before leaving our store as we will not accept returns for in store purchases for plant health or quality reasons.

 

RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE:

For all returns or exchanges please contact us via info@darlingorchids.com . We will tend to your request and if granted we will outline the available option for your refund/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange should you not comply with our return policy.

 

Please note shipping fees on returns or exchanges will be at your expense. Please allow 5 business days for you refund payment to be settled.
